"Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"The Airport Shuttle was timely arranged and the staff were super friendly. They were on top of my flight schedules and made sure Everything went Smooth.
It’s a good distance from the Airport. My Trip was very nice and the Hotel City Star helped it make alot easier.
