"Overall our stay was good the place was clean and staff was friendly however we were informed when we got there that the wifi's been down for two weeks prior to our coming so no television service we had to negotiate for a discount "

"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent—both truly stood out during my stay. My only concern was that the walls seemed quite thin, as I could easily hear neighboring conversations. Additionally, the food plaza was a bit disappointing; the food appeared to have been sitting under heat lamps for extended periods and lacked flavor. That said, the rest of my experience was very positive. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would gladly return in the future"

"I like that the waterpark is included with stay and the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The pool and water park never runs out of towels and the waterpark has something for all ages, kiddie pool and slides, big slides, parrots perch and 2 big pools on property. The burgers are great and location central to food and other activities."

"Pool was enjoyable but did not like the fact that there were no chairs because of people coming in as soon as it opened and "saving" them. Rooms were clean and well stocked with essentials. Maybe put more coffee filters and diswasher soap as we had to ask for more during the stay"

"Location hotel price was everything was wonderful. The outlets in the bedroom all but when we’re not working and the sliding doors to the bathroom are broke, but I didn’t report it until the third day. I was there because I was too busy.. i’m sure they would’ve fixed it but they should really check the rooms prior to renting. Make sure everything’s functionable.. other than that it was a very clean nice room. They had good amenities. They had a nice lobby. Everything else was great."

"The building was number 8 room 8.22. The air conditioning didn't work, there was no elevator, there were no towels, the smell was horrible, a lot of humidity. There was construction in this building. The common areas such as the ice and drink area did not have lighting. I asked for towels at the reception and the answer was that they didn't have them. What a horrible stay."
