Lovely hotel, fabulous friendly staff, restaurant was great, lots of places of interest in vicinity. Highly recommended.

We stayed 10 nights. I must say everything about this hotel was on point. Staff was so friendly and polite. Really enjoyed ourselves.

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights as a solo traveller. The heritage vibe was totally different from any of my experiences on previous trips to Dubai. The hotel is spread out across the Al Seef Heritage Village in which there are numerous, high quality dining and retail opportunities. There is a bar tucked away on the first floor of the Indian supermarket on the waterfront too if you fancy a beer overlooking Dubai Creek. Loved the retro style of the room, which was spotlessly...

On arrival we found the staff friendly and well mannered. The condition of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were good although it was unfortunate that the room service food menu wasn't available in a restaurant. However there was a nice Japanese restaurant on the premises which offered a reasonable choice and at very reasonable prices. The desk staff were very helpful when the pick-up time for one of our excursions was brought forward without our knowledge making various phone calls on...

The property host and reception staff were all very helpful and professional. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed and facilities were beyond adequate. The only negative was the carpets seemed particularly dirty and could really do with an intensive, professional clean. Other then that we would highly recommended Hyatt Place Wasl District.

It's location which is a good area and it's closeness to the open market of Beniyas square and the metro. The receptionist, especially the black lady, she is so wonderful.

It is very clean and easy to locate. Although, is a bit close to some residential properties .Anyway this can be an advantage somehow that gives you an opportunity to see or meet local people for a chat

Stay was good. Except no tv channels, especially no sports channels.

Thank you so much for our stay in Bur Dubai. I wanted to extend my stay and continue being there. The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service.
