"Enjoyed our stay - particularly the lazy river, hot tub, sauna. Breakfast was average - they serve the same thing everyday so would be nice to have a little change when staying multiple days. The hotel is quite large so there is a fair amount of walking. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again."

"All of the pools were enjoyable. Bob was an amazing concierge and helped us with anything we needed. In fact, all the staff were excellent and very kind. "

"If you are looking for an average hotel with larger rooms then this is for you. As far as amenities, it does provide a restaurant for breakfast which is complimentary and a quick service pizza and wing kiosk. They do provide a pop-up bar between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. There is a small pool on the side of the hotel that faces the parking lot, but outside of that there isn't much to do. There aren't many restaurants or establishments within walking distance, however, you are able to use the pool at the Caribe Royal next door. The room was fine and served our purpose. For the money, though, you can find better properties."

"Our room was clean and everyone was friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it more."

"Lifts were a bit dodgy - buttons and wires exposed and one lift broke down several times. The food van not open for breakfast. Other than that very clean, helpful staff. Hood shuttled and good location."
