"The accomodation was lovely, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were always friendly & helpful. We knew parking might be challenging, but we were able to park easily overnight in street parking for minimum fee. It was a bit sad that the in-house restaurant and bar closed in November, the Star man restaurant next door at Hyatt centric was nice & all the staff worked together to help us & make sure we enjoyed our stay. "

Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. The pub felt warm and cosy was festooned with lovely Christmas decorations.
