"Top value for money, fab position, great staff, friendly most basic accommodation, nice to have kitchen and laundry. but don’t forget your ear plugs, face mask, and if you need a soft bed pack a topper. But a bit of a gem really."

"got to the hotel and was no way in, phoned the number and a rude lady answered saying we had not payed the deposit but this was not stated anywhere after waiting for two hours in the cold was told we could not stay and had to find another hotel on New Years ever aweful service in a awful area do ..."
