Left an item of clothing when checking out.
Called the hotel and asked for it to be saved or sent to me. The receptionist did not seem interested, said she would check and call me back and to date (4 days later) I have received no contact. For a hotel of this type (and price) I would expect better customer service.
We were charged an extra£ £50 per room just in case we caused any damage.We were a 73 year old, a 40 year old and three children 12, 9 and 6 going to an air display. . £100 on ttop of £360 they already charged. Still no sign of a refund as promised. I have travelled or business for over 50 years to 60 different countries and never been treated this way before. The receptioist spoke very poor Englist and could not / would not explain why this happened. Last time in a Marriott.

Nice room, shame about the bed.
Friendly easy and friendly check in. Room was very nice, but dated. We could not sleep because the bed was extremely uncomfortable, feeling every spring and lump in the mattress. We told the lady on check out, but she did not seem to know how to respond.
