We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the rooms were super new and clean with a very comfy bed. The swimming pool and pool side service from Nicole was fantastic and the breakfast from Helen was very tasty and worth the add-on. Highly recommend.

Included breakfast is varied and plentiful with 24 hr coffee. Renovated 2012 and still looks very up to date with usual Residence Inn features. Strangely massive fridge in the room! and kitchen area very useful. Always remember Residence as having very comfortable beds, but this time found it quite hard and doesn't seem to have a soft mattress pad? Overall recommended but doesn't stand above others anymore.

Hotel is fantastic, plenty of facilities in the way of food and drink. Pools are exceptional and lots of sunbeds available. Staff are polite and willing to help in anyway they can. We had a room with a balcony on the 13th floor which was amazing, views to die for. You need to stay at this hotel. Complete value for money.

Regular US hotel. Friendly check-in with a bottle of water (equally friendly at the wrong Hampton Inn we tried to check in to first). Nice gym. Average breakfast. One of those breakfasts where all plates/cutlery goes in the trash - so scored low on'eco' rating.

Amazing stay, highly recommend. So closes to bars shopping outlet center and state farm. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the shuttle service is an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely a wide variety of things to choose from.
