"Great place to stay"

"I had some apprehensions as I approached the property late the first evening at check in. By the next day I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything (room, bed, sheets, bathroom/shower, lobby, pool) was very clean and in great condition. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As mentioned prior, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bed & sheets as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again."

"Place is a work in progress, seemingly nearing completion. Overall great stay, and really enjoyed the space. Lots of great dining choices near by and shopping as well. Staff was very friendly and I highly recommend Stay 7 Studio"

"Parking was easy. They had a guard. The room was the most disgusting room. I’ve ever been in big black stain marks all over underneath the bed. Blankets were burnt with cigarettes. Bugs on top of the roof. Filthy windows stunk like a cigarette ashtray. The outside of the area was filthy with Dog fees. Cigarette butts all over the place. "
