"Check-in started off with not getting the room I reserved. My family and I ended up having to split up and stay in separate rooms. We were initially given adjoining rooms but the adjoining room had someone in it when we went to open the door. That customer was not happy. We ended up with another room down the hallway. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because that’s not my style. However, we were not charged for the other room and our early check-in fee was waived. It was a lot of back and forth but in the end it worked out. At breakfast the next day we arrived 45 minutes prior to the end and they had no waffle mix - and weren’t planning to put out more. This was disappointing because it was the one thing my oldest son was looking forward to eating. The breakfast overall was good, nice basic selection of items. The staff was very apologetic for the initial mistake, always kind, never confrontational. I’m not sure if her name was Mary Ann or Anshela. But she was great. I would probably stay here again. "
