"Parking was a struggle and you had to pay, staff were rude and my room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in, so they told me i can stay until 1pm after check out. Day of check out room service came and was trying to get us out but we explained to him what happened during check in, when he called the front desk lady same one who told us we can stay until 1pm was claiming she never said it. Overall rooms and conditions were clean but can be updated. Would i stay again? probably not parking was a struggle and that’s the main "

"Had to request several times after 2 pm to have our room services. Vacuuming doesn’t happen apparently floor dirty when we checked in and still there when we left We left it to see when they would clean it Someone also decided to throw out purchases we did at Cheesecake Factory why? No one had an answer. "
