"Mr Paul Kamoe of your Housekeeping department was exceptionally helpful as he answered and delivered regarding my concerns. Mr Kamoe answered in a very professional manner as he was not overbearing. He was also very dapper in his attire. As for issues, I requested a 4a wakeup which was NEVER received. The young lady at the front desk also had a chip on her shoulders. Mr Twi was very helpful at the desk. The property was very clean. Food at your restaurant was tasty. Breakfast was filling, but way overpriced. Should I return to Denver, I would strongly consider staying there providing that your rates drop significantly."
