"I got there at 1PM they said there was a room available but they charged me $25 extra because the check in is at 4PM. If there was a room ready why they need to charge me extra for it?! There was no extra work neither inconvenience. And let’s be honest, who does a check in at 4PM?! Why am I paying for less than 24h staying in a hotel room? Plus, the parking lot cost $21. Rather than the extra costs, the room was comfortable and clean."

"We booked the premier king which gave us access to the club lounge for appetizers in the evening and breakfast the next morning. This was definitely an elevated experience. The food was delicious. We ended just skipping dinner which saved a lot of time and money. The room was beautiful, comfortable."
