"The manager on duty, Basit Khan, was of utmost delight. She helped ease my stress over being down for medical visits at Anschutz. She made me feel really comfortable. The hottub I couldnt get to shut off, the maintenance came down and showed me, even he had a little trouble that was noted in the file. The staff went above and beyond in helping clean up the water and dry the room, the floor, our clothes. They were wonderful. "

"The delicious chocolate chip cookies given to the guests when checking was a nice touch. I was given 3 cookies when I checked in, for the 3 nights I was staying. Pleasant staff all around-hotel staff, restaurant, snd shuttle. A nice variety on menu at the restaurant and nice choices of wines. Having airport shuttle was one of my reasons I chose Double Tree, in Denver. This was my first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you!
