"Breakfast was decent and served hot. Had a variety of things to choose from. Staff were very friendly and personable. The room was great, clean and large with a nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable and clean. Towels were large and fluffy. The shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch with the lotion. Not a fan of Aquafina water as I would have thought it would be of better choices but I didn’t drink it. The little commissary had a great variety and the bar was a vibe. Lobby was really nice and inviting as well. Pool is a little small but nice enough although it is an indoor one. Like access to 16th Street mall to shop and the weather was beautiful. Odd that you pay for parking but there’s other choices nearby. Would definitely stay again though."

"The staff was wonderful from check-in, happy hour, breakfast buffet and restaurant. All food and cocktails were delicious. The lounge area and eating areas were nice. The only drawback was the condition of the carpet above the community area and the maintenance of the faucets in the bathroom. Others reviews mentioned it. All that said we would stay there again because everything else was wonderful. "

"It was extremely disappointing that the air conditioning was not able to be controlled by the thermostat in the room. It is controlled by the hotel. They sent someone from maintenance to try and lower the temperature and brought us a fan, but it was very uncomfortable and will definitely not be staying there ever again! I don’t believe it was stated anywhere about this. I would have not booked this hotel!"

"the daily breakfast token was a nice touch. good lattes! comfy room and luxurious bathroom. when during sudden cold spell heat in room didnt work, requested space heater (provided while I was out) turned out also defective. not enough umbrellas during rain, never managed to borrow one."
