"My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing. "

I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. "The hotel is OK. It’s very basic with no frills. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. There is a mini fridge. There are no easily accessible outlets by the nightstands and no USB ports anywhere. I struggled to plug into the outlet behind the headboard. Blankets are thin and the pillows are very flimsy. Towels aren’t plush. The breakfast was OK. It’s clean and mostly quiet given it’s by the airport. Just your basic room good for a one night stay. "
