The room was great. The pool area was good, although we spent a lot of time on the beach. Beds and Umbrella were included. The immediate area is quiet but you can walk on the path next to the beach all the way to South beach. It’s about a 50 minute walk to Lincoln Road. Well serviced by Uber and Waymo. About $9 - 20 to or from South Beach or Winwood. Downtown is a little more. Strong recommend.

The hotel exceeded expectations. I was told that they hotel was under refurbishment close to my stay. It didnt in anyway impact our stay. Staff were helpful, place is clean and in great condition. Thanks a lot.

Top quality hotel with exceptional service. Perfect position on South Beach. Highly recommend it as a base in Miami.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The valet took care of our car while the bellman handled our luggage, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team gave us some great information about the local area. When we got to our room, all we could say was WOW! It was beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean and a really lovely place to come back to after a day out. The pool area was perfect. The water was a lovely...

Excellent location on South Beach with 3 good restaurants. Staff always went the extra mile to give information and help.

Great views

I picked the hotel, as I frequently use the Hilton. Though over the years I have found each one differ a lot some bad and some good. However, this one is one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. The staff were very helpful with the luggage on arrival and stored it for us while we waited for the rooms to be ready, they also gave us some complimentary dessert slices and water. The rooms were spacious and very clean and found the room was very kid friendly. The pool and dock was nice and scenic....

Room clean and tidy, although the air con was noisy. Had problems eating as some of the staff not knowledgeable regarding allergies/gluten free etc.. also as there was six of us they seem unable to put two tables together to accommodate us?

Great stay, needed room early after arrival, no problem. Near beach, pool, bar and restaurant. Not far from Airport, shops and cruise port!!

Super

The hotel is close to the beach and shops. The breakfast was nice. The returning was superb and as guest we got 20% discount to use it.

Loved the room and the great staff who were so helpful when Expedia messed up our booking. They sorted everything out despite Expedia never having informed them that we had booked and paid in full in advance. Their help was greatly appreciated.

The staff was very nice, the rooms where very clean. My experience here was amazing and something i will remember for a lifetime! The pools were amazing the bar staff were very helpful

We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! The receptionists were also friendly and guided us with...
