The staff was super friendly and helpful, but it just didn't make up for the poor accommodations. Definitely seemed like a grand hotel that was way past its prime."

I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "
