"The parking lot is under construction and I have never seen anything so disorganized in my life. I had to switch my parking spot 3 times, my car got towed for no reason, I had to pay $440 to get my car back. I talked to the front desk management and they told me to "stop whining" and when I escalated this issue I was told "I have more important things to do". The building management stalled me for a week, not making it possible for me to get at least a refund. The condition of the apartament...

The suite was not ready to be moved in when I attempted to move in and no one could tell me when the room would be ready! Totally unacceptable. "Honestly, we had an amazing time. The hotel offers many great resources, such as the pool, adult pool, gym, Iv Drip and my favorite, the refreshing room. The food options are all great too. The staff was fun and friendly. The only thing was the beds, need upgraded mattresses, and the fans by the balcony gotta go, try to build over them with better views and balcony. The outdoor service was great with the bars, food, and most important chairs. Cheers great place. "

National Hotel, An Adult Only Oceanfront Resort

"PROS: Beautiful hotel with amazing views. From the moment we got there felt like vacation. Huge pool and direct beach access. The staff at the beach were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Elijah and Gigi. The food at the beach was absolutely spectacular, the cerviche was some of the best I've ever had. And the food at the hotel restaurant Mareva was outstanding. Go for the chef's tasting- it is worth it! CONS: Major cons are the added fees. I hate add on fees and would rather hotels just be up front about the cost of the stay. There is a $50 resort fee per day as well as a $50 parking fee per day. Really upped the cost from what I was expecting. Also given the price I was surprised they didn't have app services available on the TV, only Netflix, which I don't have an account for so couldn't watch TV, had to watch on my phone. I also have a problem paying extra for the "resort fee" when features aren't available. For example, we didn't get to use the pool chairs that are included in the fee; they ran out of room. The staff was very gracious about it, and the beach was amazing. But the principle... OVERALL: Would recommend. The amenities, the food, the whole experience are great, just be mindful the price is actually $100 more a day between the resort fee and parking. If I had been psychologically prepared for that it wouldn't have bothered me as much. "
