"Our room was fantastic... carved into the hillside with a large bed and generous bathroom. The staff were excellent, and helped us in a particularly difficult situation when our bank froze our online accounts. They were able to arrange a call for us to the bank, as well as give advice for tours, etc.. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias."

"Buffet style breakfast was good. Lots of food to choose from. View from the rooftop was amazing! Hotel was clean and the room is very spacious, but the floor is a bit worn out/uneven in our room. Didn't impact our overall enjoyment though! Reception staff were very helpful with booking hot air balloon rides. I would go elsewhere for other tours as it is pricey to book with the hotel. (60 euro at hotel vs 40-45 euro elsehwere for red/green tours)"

"We stayed in the Sultan suite and it was amazing, lots of room and a lovely jacuzzi. The restaurant upstairs was great and there were beautiful views from all over the property. We got to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel, Aza, which was very nicely situated next to a fairy chimney. The staff were very attentive and even helped us arrange some excursions that were some of the most memorable part of the trip. Highly recommend the Kings Breakfast! The only downside for the suite was that it was located under the terrace, so you could hear the music and people moving chairs upstairs until about 11 when it closed. "

This is a great hotel for someone seeking a high-value hotel at a good price."
