Very nice property. Clean and the staff was very helpful especially Gokan the waiter. There was also a girl from Adana But I cannot remember her nam very sweet and kind.

This is an amazing hotel to stay at when visiting Cappadocia, specifically the Göreme area! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The Seten restaurant is on-site, with one of the best terrace views! During the morning, when the hot air balloons go up, only those staying can use the terrace to view them and take pictures, which means it's not to crowded and is a beautiful experience. The room was beautiful and clean, however, there are a lot of steps, so this needs to be considered if you are looking for a more accessible hotel. While we booked most of our tours through Expedia, we did book horse riding and a Turkish night dinner through the hotel as recommended and it was a great experience! This is truly the best hotel in Cappadocia with the best views, nicest rooms and kindest staff!!

The hotel is lovely, views are incredible. The food in the restaurant is excellent, but the bathroom stinks. Smell permeates to the rest if the room.

A lovely location and very caring staff . Seten restaurant was superb. Excellent selection at breakfast views of the caves and valley is amazing from the terrace and the restaurant.

Really liked the unique nature of the room. Check in was easy. It was fun to watch the hot air balloons from the patio. Fine dining right on site with Seten restaurant being one of the finest in town. The hotel arranged the airport transfer, hot air balloon ride with Turquaz company and also the green tour. Everything was done so well. We will definitely stay there again.
