We were welcomed and upgraded to beautiful room. The management was kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy as well. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons. It was comfortable and conveniently located in the town.

The rustic cave rooms were unique. A welcomed change from usual hotel rooms. The rooms are extremely well insulated and very warm. Showers were amazing. Breakfast too good! Location was great too. Roof terrace views were amazing, especially in capturing the magic of the sky filled hot air balloons at sunrise! Would highly recommend!

When we arrived we were so tired, front desk was offering us all these packages and services. For the hot air balloon he says there’s only a few spots left and we should book it now. We didn’t want to lose the spot so we decided to book but he said to leave a deposit. I only had $100 bill with me so that’s what I gave for my deposit. Later that night my wife was not feeling well, we decided to cancel the hot air balloon and upon requesting for my $100 he refused to give it back. It was truly ridiculous as we felt like he just stole $100 from us. He also made us switch rooms the next day which was inconvenient and unfair. We liked the rooms but hated the service.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs and great breakfast. Everything is very close by. The breakfast was awesome. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Stayed at a cave room. My first time. Really loved my stay. I had a late pick up after my tour. So i left my luggage there. They were happy to keep it. I will stay here again definetely.

This hotel is excellent. First the hotel looks so nice with the styling of their staggered levels, internal garden and the rooftop terrace. In the morning you can either go to the terrace to see the hot air balloons fill the valley, or stay on your room and see them through the window from the comfort of your bed. The rooms are large, and clean, the beds are so big and comfy and the temperature was just right. The location is great, it is safe and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and landmarks. Staff is firendly and helpfull. The complimentary breakfast was so tasty and allowed me to try many of the local treats and dishes. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, my experience was awesome!

Me and my wife stayed at this beautiful Ottoman Cave Suit. You get what you pay for also the view are just amazing especially their balcony. A massive respect to Ismael and Yunus for looking after us, such an honest and genuine guys who will always help you with whatever you want. They’ve sorted all my activities with good price. Its either expensive or cheap but trust me, you wouldn't regret going with them as you will get the proper service. Thank you so much! We loved it
