"It was an amazing stay at Arcus, the staff was super kind and helpful, the room super nice and we stayed in the suite with Jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot.

Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it "
