"The room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel is beautiful. We spent a lot of time having drinks on the top terrace and the views are incredible. Also great for watching the balloons. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food and service was amazing. We didn’t use the spa aside from the pool. The only thing that could make the rooms better would be a better hair dryer and and iron and ironing board. You can ask for an iron but one isn’t automatically provided. The hair dryer was not good. It is in a really good location and is close to the restaurant strips and small super markets. "

"The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's."

The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay. "
