"Great hotel and really friendly staff"

"Great stay and helpful staff! Hotel is in a prime location and walkable to attractions restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast at the property as well. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is exactly like the photos but if you book in a cave room, you are to expect some humidity. So I would personally go for a standard room next time. Overall the staff there were lovely and very helpful and understanding. They communicated well with us and tried to help as much as they could. Even when they were fully booked, they tried to make some other arrangements for us due to health issues which was nice of them. The breakfast was good, and the location was prime."

"Very accommodating staff."

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was delicious but drinks overpriced. Moniq was a delight to meet! Thank you for a wonderful stay."
