"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

"Amazing. We had an incredible family stay with our two kids. Our suite had a perfect view, large patio, and plenty of space. Can’t say enough good things regarding staff- they made our kids feel so welcome, our daughter teared up leaving today because she says she will miss everyone. They coordinated our balloon ride, and excursions, and provided excellent hospitality. "

The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."

Waking up to a view of hot air balloons rising over the valleys was absolutely magical.
