All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. "Amazing hotel. I did not want our stay to end. This property is worth the premium they charge over other cave hotels. Unparalleled service. Definitely recommend. Dont forget to take the 1 hour hotel tour at 6:00pm daily. Amazing wine cellar!"
