Great location and staff

Location excellent, in the heart of Goreme but quiet at night. Walking distance to Open Air Museum, 30mins to start of Red/Rose Valley hike. Breakfast good. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Booked our hot air balloon experience which was wonderful.

The room was a generous size for a suite and was comfortable. They only had 1 pillow for each guest though. The location was convenient for shopping and dining. The receptionist was helpful directing us to a pharmacy.

The breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace which was has great views and is nice and cool in the morning. The breakfasts were great, nicely varied with delicious turkish vegetarian dishes aswell as usual toasts, spreads,, etc. You can hike to the love valley from the hotel if you are keen. Our children loved having a room by the pool. Pool was super nice after a days sightseeing in the heat.

Staff members who seem to be family are very kind. We booked a balloon tour and a rental car through this hotel and the price was the most competitive. It was very comfortable to go directly from the room to the swimming pool. We're going to make good memories here in Cappadocia.

Grand Cappadocia Hotel is very close to the center of Goreme, in a side street that gives it more quiet. It is close to many restaurants, taxi stations, and hike trailheads. The staff is amazing. They are very nice and looking forward to make your Cappadocia experience the best. The breakfast is very good, varied, and homemade. The rooms are spacious and everything you need is available. However, the walls are a bit thin and you may hear your neighbors.

A fantastic hotel at the centre of Goreme

Our stay at Grand Cappadocia was just amazing! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the duplex suite which was ideal for our family with an older teenager, it gave us 2 separate spaces , a single bed in the lower room and a double bed in the upper floor, connected with an internal staircase and balconies at both levels. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people who will go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. Halil, who answered all my questions before we got there, had very efficiently organised our airport transfers, he was physically present and waiting to greet us when we arrived quite late at night. He was great at giving us all the information for our trip in Cappadocia. There’s someone available at the desk 24/7. The breakfast was a good spread and the staff in the kitchen are also very friendly and obliged to our requests for Turkish coffee and Menamen. There’s a small but well stocked store at just 1 min walking distance from the hotel and the location is great to get to the main city area and loads of restaurants. The staff also helped us organise an ATV ride at a good price. Halil’s suggestions for places to eat were also good. I am sorry I don’t know the names of the other staff but they were all fantastic! A huge thank you to all the staff at Grand Cappodocia who made our staff an absolute pleasure!

Ideally situated well run hotel. Excellent staff ready to help at any time. Large bedrooms with good facilities especially for disabled people as has a lift which is rare in this area. Close to main centre with restaurants shops and tourist facilities. Exceptionally good breakfast didn’t need to eat again until evening!
