The staff here are lovely and are happy to help you book any activity and make suggestions. The rooms are comfortable. They do have a terrace to watch the balloons but there are some big hotels in front that block the view of the valley and town

Lovely cave hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were decent, staff very welcoming and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons from the terrace. The team helped us book our hot air balloon ride last minute as well.

We enjoyed the stay

It was very good, nice rooms, nice location, it's 10-15 min walk from the downtown of Goreme. If you get any tours they pick you up and drop you off. Nice view from the hotel, good breakfast. We enjoyed the stay.

An Authentic and Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was authentic and full of character, giving us a real sense of the local culture. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the calm and peaceful environment, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Staff were all very helpful. We arrived slightly early and we were checked in right away so we could freshen up before our scheduled tour at 10am. Everyone was great! As we collected our left luggage in the afternoon, Cigna even assisted us in finding a place for a shower facility within the city center before we catch the night bus, even if we’ve already checked out that morning, Munnever from from the dining staff also made sure we were satisfied with the breakfast prepared. Very good selection . Would definitely book with them again!

It was a nice hotel, our room was really big and comfortable. Really loved the cave vibe.The bathroom was huge as well! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was probably 7/10, it was decent but I wish there was more variety. Location is good, it takes like 10-15 minutes to walk down to where there are more restaurants and shops. You can also see the view of the balloons in the morning!

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt auch Herrn Cihan für die hervorragende Organisation und Begleitung rund um das Hotel und die Aktivitäten. Die Lage des Hotels war für unseren Besuch in Pamukkale ideal. Für uns ist das unser Familienhotel in Pamukkale – wir kommen gerne wieder! .

İlk başta taş evlerde konaklamak bize konforsuz olabilir düşüncesi oluşturmuştu ama otele girdiğimizde otantik ortam odaların düzen ve temizliği rahatlığı bizim kafamızdakı olumsuz havayı yok etti. Otel görevlisi ismail bey bizi çok sıcak karşıladı ve bize her türlü bilgiyi tüm samimiyetiyle verdi. Kaldığımız süre boyunca kendi evimiz gibi mutfakta terasta çayımızı demledik ve içtik sabah kahvaltılarıyda iyiydi kaldığımız 2 akşam sonunda otelden ailece mutlu ayrıldık
