We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. The hotel is a beautiful stone building spread over several levels on the hillside with a pool and carious outdoor areas. Breakfast was good with the ability to order eggs or omlete to taste

La struttura è molto suggestiva con la sua architettura e il suo panorama sulla vallata. Il personale è molto gentile e prodigo di informazioni. La spa non è all'altezza per funzionamento degli impianti e personale non particolarmente esperto. Camere molto belle, pulite, curate, spaziose. Letti molto comodi. Il ristorante sulla terrazza ha poca scelta, ma alla sera è fresco. La colazione da bocciare, tanta scelta, ma qualità discutibile. Forse non è l'hotel ideale per chi ha problemi di accessibilità.

Lovely stay.Not all rooms are elderly accessible.

we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good. We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs. otherwise would recommend.

Otelde normalde 2 gecelik rezervasyonumuz vardı, ilk gün uyanınca bi gün daha uzatmaya karar verdik. Oteli inanılmaz güzel dizayn etmişler, hem odalar hem de ortak alanlar aşırı keyifliydi. Kahvaltı yapılan chapel restorana da bayıldık. Tekrar kapadokyaya gelirsek yine tercih ederiz.

Karşılama, personel, hizmet, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği her şey mükemmeldi. Özellikle belirtmek isterim Personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar. Otelin konumunu, mimarisi harikaydı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri oldukça kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Yani biz çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz .
