"We so enjoyed our stay here! Great restaurants nearby, a convenient grocery store, and a quick walk and bike ride to downtown Ottawa and the pathway network "
"From the moment we entered we were welcomed by a registration staff who was very friendly, professional , informative and kind. We were checked in quickly even though we were a bit early for check in time. Parking was easy. We were upgrade to a modern suite which was spacious and clean. It had great amenities. All hotel staff we interacted with during our stay were wonderful.
The hotel felt very safe and was very close to Byward Market, Rideau Centre, Parliament Buildings and many restaurants.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and will definitely stay again. "
"Fantastic place to stay. The location was within walking distance of so many landmarks, the hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, the breakfast was amazing (breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, cereal, waffles and more), and the little go-bags with water, cookies and granola bars were the icing on the cake! Add in affordable parking and little perks like partial refunds for not using housekeeping; we wouldn't think twice about booking again!"
"The service was perfect honestly! The guy at the reception, Ryan, was AWESOME!!! He upgraded our room to have a beautiful view because we went for my sister's birthday, gave us the snacks for free, sent her 2 plates of macaron with a letter and he took off the fee for the valet
Honestly, I recommend that hotel for everyine and I will definitly go again"
