"There was.no A/C in the room and it was at 25 degrees Celsius. We had to open the windows and use a fan. Room was hot and the light and noise from the open curtain disturbed our sleep."

"The standout at this hotel is their staff. Front desk, car valet, housekeeping, bar staff you name it all were excellent. The young female bartender was fantastic (side note to her - my daughter chose UBC:)) as was the housekeeper who was happy to smile and say hello. I wish I knew their names so I could give a more personal thank you. Rooms were quiet and a good size with excellent amenities. Take note when booking that the atrium rooms do not have a window to the outside. While there is some light coming in from the glass roof of the atrium you need to keep your curtains mostly closed because of the artificial light that’s shines in. All in all would highly recommend."
