Internet was a hassle to connect and stay connected. wasnt able to order room service. had to go in person. But the food was great. people were great. overall average in my opinion. I expected more but it was a cheaper room."

"I’ve been to Koena before but staying at the hotel and having such easy access to the spa was excellent and I would stay there again for that reason. The room itself could be cozier, and the coffee maker in my room was not working which was annoying in the morning. Otherwise everything was great"

"I recently stayed at this hotel as a family of 4. We were provided with 2 large towels and when my wife asked for a few more towels she was asked why we needed them. My wife explained that we were 4 people and the young lady working the counter said everyone else has 2 towels so why did we need more. My wife had to explain that we see no reason in sharing towels. All that to say we received the towels but we were TOLD to place all used towels outside of our room immediately??? I will not return Also pool only opened at 9am? "

"This is exactly what you should expect. My only complaint is that the bed is too firm for me. Personal preference. The staff are delightful. The breakfast is absolutely worth attending. Great stay."
