"Good: very clean, very helpful staff, huge rooms, lots of parking (even an above ground lot for large vehicles…which we had), very quiet, quick access to downtown Ottawa. Bad: kinda run down, holes in towels, TV did not work, AC barely worked but kept up enough. Staff tried to fix the TV, but couldn’t. Pool has been broken for 8 months but that was not specified when we booked. It fit our needs very well, but you could tell it needs some TLC."

"City view room with king bed was excellent: large, clean, quiet, very nice view. We walked to Parliament Hill; it was a very nice walk. One quibble: If you use their below-ground parking lot, having a small car will help. The spaces and turns are tight (I am driving a Camry). I would like to stay there again."

"Very happy with this hotel. Reluctant to stay there because parking was stated as an issue (in some reviews), however, parking was excellent during our stay and the best we’ve experienced in Ottawa. Reasonably priced too. Stayed in a two bedroom suite with family. Comfortable. Only issue we had were the lack of outlets to charge our phones and tea towels to dry dishes we used. Twin beds were teeny tiny for tall people, but comfortable. Great location."

"well located downtown at a more reasonable price. room was clean, included minifridge, microwave oven and TV. few fixings are needed as could not drain the faucet in bathroom (add to access below to lift the plug), toilette paper holder missing, bathroom handle loose. personnel was welcoming and helpful. bed was comfortable. AC available, noisy but efficient"
