This is conveniently located near my son's new school and was clean and inviting. It was lacking a restaurant and the TV was quite small considering the size of the room.

We booked a one-night stay here as we wanted to do a 5k parkrun down the road in Russell on Canada Day and wanted somewhere close by with a late checkout.
The motel is a bit run-down with worn/scruffy carpet in the corridor but our room/bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s reasonably priced too and would have included a discounted breakfast if we hadn’t been out running.
The website and my booking confirmation stated that checkout was noon but on the back of the bedroom door...
