The hotel is undergoing some remodeling but we found the detours easy to navigate including the 3rd floor check in desk. Room was clean and freshly renovated with a gorgeous city view of the Byward market. Pool and hot tub area very beautiful with city views as well. Staff were friendly. No issues at all. Appreciated the 24/7 room service!

Nice hotel Great location But they were also under construction. Most of the lobby was boarded off and there was loud construction noise in the room during the day. Getting to and from the parking garage was very confusing and the hotel did NOTHING to help.

The newly renovated room was a nice surprise, as we had been disappointed last time we stayed at how outdated and in need of repair room was, especially the washroom. The lobby is still being redone, so check in was done on the 2nd floor. Some furniture in the hallway leading to the elevators were dusty. Overall the stay was comfortable and the Westin staff were friendly and helpful. The Westin is in a great location to the Rideau centre, Byward Market, Parliament, and museums. The parking facility is attached to the Rideau centre. It is a wonderful place to stay in Ottawa! I am sure once the renovations are completed, it will provide an even better hotel stay experience!
