We stay here every time we come back to Mumbai and this year we noticed the service has been restored to what it was a few years ago (our last visit was not up to it's usual standard). This year I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel organised a birthday cake for me which was such a lovely touch.
Thank you once again for setting our holiday on the right track.

I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! Thank you once again to all the staff, and the desk staff! You all really made our stay nice and...

We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.
