Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

The property is over 100 years old and yet it is maintained really well. Location is close to very busy area which is good. Staff are very helpful. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast is ok. Something in case of emergency.

A little Oasis in the centre of town. Small. Budget. Location excellent for access to the Harbour and the Western lines if you're on foot. The intersection outside doubles as a taxi rank if you're not. Inside is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. (I think there are more of them than rooms). Would happily stay here again.
