It was a great time there in the hotel with all facilities

I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Amazing hotel

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

brilliant staff.. Brilliant location... Clean hotel... And pretty good breakfast... Loved my stay there.. The hotel was close to jbims and they allowed me an early check-in since i reached earlier... I would strongly recommend this hotel...

Best accommodation At the entrance the manager i guess who is handeling front desk booking counter “Shree Mhatre” fantastic guy very polite nd corporative as well..

The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.
