"Very clean property with an amazing staff. Rooms are on the small size, as can be expected in Tokyo. Good location - 5-minute walk to Shibuya Station and 10 minutes to Shibuya Crossing. Even though the property sits next to the railway station, you cannot hear any train or traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was not to my liking at all, and it was marketed on Expedia as "Top rated Breakfast" (which convinced me to book this place). It was traditional Japanese breakfast foods, mostly fish-based food. I love Asian food, but not first thing in the morning. Also, they only had one coffee machine for everyone, which caused a bit of a backup. All I wanted was some toast, yogurt, and maybe muesli (none of which they had), so I went to Dean and Deluca, which was nearby. The A/C in the room was sufficient, but it took a while to cool down, and I don't think it ever got down to the temperature I set it at. Also, keep in mind that you only get one bath towel and handtowel per person. No extras. This is a very good 3 star hotel - clean, good location, and I definitely got a good night's rest. Next time, I would probably pay a little more to get a bit more space."

"Great place for a small family. We traveled with our two teenage boys and got the double room. It’s like a small apartment with two separate bedrooms. Double size beds in each room with their own private bathroom. Location was also perfect because everything is within walking distance. Perfect location for anyone wanting to check out Shibuya. "

"This hotel was amazing!!! Check in was smooth l. I stayed in the annex building which was about a 2 minute walk from the main building. Rooms are clean and the washer and dryer is a huge bonus!! Super close to a family mart which made my stay 100x better. In addition the hotel was close to Shibuya station and restaurants which made travel and eating a whole lot easier. I would recommend this place to other guests. I will probably book Tokyo Stay each time in Tokyo."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it to other families visiting Tokyo."
