Over all an excellent stay

Super, very close to the Shinagawa station, convenient to everywhere. Staff are very nice! The room is clean, big enough for us ( 2 adults one 3 year old) for short stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station. Cannot reccomend enough!

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for access to the Shinkansen at Shinagawa. Very close to station and convenient. Room size was ok and comfortable. We left before breakfast. Would stay again for access to Shinagawa.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was a good size for a short stay. Enjoyed the free ice creams! Kept missing the free ramen. Definintely don't recommend having one of the free Yakults unless you're used to having them on a regular basis - they're tasty, but, unless you have an iron stomach, you may need to find a loo quickly afterwards!! Didn't make use of the onsen on site - they dont accept those with tattoos, but we were kindly offered cover-ups for this, but we didn't really have...

Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.
