"The Clayton was a great hotel for a trip with my daughter. Unlike other hotels I looked into, they were able to guarantee us a room with 2 twin beds. The location is so convenient with Trams right outside but also an easy walk to all the key sites. We opted for buffet breakfast that had many options and restaurant is beautiful. Gym is well equipped. All the staff are very helpful. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. "

"Our room was lovely, clean & spacious, with a fabulous comfy bed. The drinks making facilities were a little basic - some real cups & spoons would have been better, & a lot less wasteful. The property was in a great location - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do."

"Very efficient charming hotel. Basement room very small but cozy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast but small space requires booking a seating. Staircase to basement steep and hazardous, take extreme care. Neighborhood a little noisy at night."

"This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. I selected it because the Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh Museum are an easy walk away, but was delighted to discover the Vondelpark right next door. "

"This was a wonderful location next to Vondel Park. There were loads of restaurants and great shopping opportunities. Everything was very walkable. The staff at the Flying Pig Uptown were incredibly nice and helpful. "

"The perfect location for Amsterdam. You are in the heart of a prime location, just two tram stops away from the leading museums. Everyone was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended. "
