The breakfast is not included with the room so wasn’t with the expense to eat there. Go find somewhere local. Rooms were extremely tiny and showers (both rooms we were moved to) leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. Location great.

Amazing location. Incredible breakfast. Lobby welcoming with infused waters and fresh fruit. Only gripe is the room was tiny but we didn't come to Amsterdam to linger there and it was more than comfortable and modern.

Nice rooms, air conditioned with contemporary interiors, in a century old building with lovely character, small reception adjacent to the coffee bar and small informal restaurant. Best of all are the staff who are friendly, well trained and always helpful. Special shutout to Inbar and Ella at the reception desk on my latest 3-night stay.

Great location but not clean. Our bathroom was so dirty. Housekeeping staff do not seem to care. Elevator dirty. They are contractors. The actual front desk & breakfast hotel staff were so wonderful. Will not stay here again.

The hotel has a great location and is not far from the city center, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite small and cramped. We also had ants in our room during our stay. The staff told us that the issue had been taken care of, but unfortunately, this was not actually the case. Apart from that, everything was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely time in Amsterdam overall.

When we arrived in our room there was no soap in the bathroom and the TV didn't work. When we reported this to the reception they immediately remedied the soap issue and promised to get onto the TV problem. By the end of the next day the TV was fixed. So high marks for the reception team. We were disappointed to find that we had to ask every morning before 10:00 am to have the room made up. We've never encountered a hotel that asks us to manage their housekeeping team. Not good. The breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

The room was clean and well maintained. The desk staff were all helpful accommodating and genuinely nice. I didn't choose the breakfast. I appreciated having an elevator in the building. The stairs to the entrance were steep and sometimes difficult to access due to smokers congregating there to sit and be in the shade or out of rain. I would recommend having a 10 meter clearance to keep smokers away from area. It's unpleasant to pass through when stepping out for fresh air..

Great location in easy walking distance to the museums, canal boats, and to the tram or metro. Love the little touches of water and snacks provided! Rooms were small but comfortable. Only issue is the set of steps from the street level to the lobby…hard to navigate with a suitcase. But once inside there are elevators! Will definitely stay here again!!!
