The staff greeted us with a smile Prosecco and were extremely helpful ( especially Helene )! The room was beautifully appointed with a mix of antiques and modern amenities and extremely clean and comfortable .. only negative were the stairs to the top since no elevators but worth the climb!!"

"Very convenient location, silent rooms. Staff not super friendly, but do the work. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, we had to fill in a form to request that it was cleaned of the next days, which is a bit weird, and was never informed before our complaint. Overall a nice hotel, in a very pleasant neighbourhood, close to the park and nice restaurants, walking distance to the museums, easy to reach by bus from the airport."
