We have now stayed here a few times, after years of being disappointed with most of the hotel options in Times Square, we booked a week's stay at POD Times Square. This hotel is exactly what it says it is. Rooms are fairly small, but quiet and private. Bath is well-appointed, and the location is great. The staff was also amazing, and a pro tip, you can ask for an electric kettle at the front desk and make hot food and soups during your stay. "

"Breakfast was very disappointing—there were very limited choices and it was the same menu every day. The coffee was also quite bad. On the positive side, parking was convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the room had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor, which made the stay uncomfortable overall."

"Although this hotel may be pricey, it is worth it for the location, size of the rooms, rooftop bar, outdoor cafe and quiet rooms. It’s rare to find a place where you get quiet sleep, especially on the weekends. The windows were so thick, I didn’t hear a thing outside. Yes, I could hear occasional voices in the hallway, but nothing major. The rooms aren’t huge, but you have plenty of room to set up luggage racks etc. Shower pressure was acceptable and they provide high quality shampoo, soap, even tiny toothpaste tubes. We loved just walking out the door to get right to the Highline, Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market and many great restaurants."

The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling. Furthermore, housekeeping only visited the room once. "
