"The location is great, the front desk was friendly, there’s a spot to leave your luggage after check out, the courtyard is really cool. Unfortunately the rooms look a little rundown, at least ours was - you could see holes from different stages of its life still in place. The biggest drawback was that our shower didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, it had some debris on the floor and walls. Overall for the price we paid this was a good layover hotel for a couple nights"

"Boutique Chiado Suites was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic part of Lisbon with great shops, restaurants, cafe, public square, churches, grocery stores, pharmacy etc. The location has it all. Home away from home. Try the egg custard tarts (pastel de nata) around the corner. We loved the apartment: well furnished, comfortable bed, nice little kitchen, clean bathroom, cozy sitting area. Loved the large windows overlooking the street but highly recommended that you close the windows and wooden doors to the windows to block out the street noise (which works to do that) because people like to party in that section of town."

"Great stay better than most hotels in the area. Very convenient to all the most so in old town Lisbon. Right next to link street and very quiet surprisingly. Would stay here over hotels in the area on my next Lisbon leg. Only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed moved so I kept slowing in between."
