Lovely stay spent four days three nights in the property. Based right on one of the main tram stops with a local shop round the corner offering lisbons version to Oyster card! Staff were all friendly and welcoming lovely atmosphere in the house, calm with a lovely design and aesthetic. Before our arrival I received a whats app messaging asking if we required anything additional for our stay and confirming the booking which I think shows excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

Un hotel muy recomendable. Precioso el edificio y la habitación muy cómoda. La gente que trabaja en el hotel todos de 10. Súper amables. El desayuno delicioso y en un patio muy agradable. Nos ha encantado. Está en una zona muy céntrica pero fuera de la locura de turistas. Con un monton de restaurantes súper apetecibles para cenar. volveremos en cuanto podamos.

A Gem in Lisbon: Dear Lisbon - Gallery House Lisbon's charm truly shone through at the Dear Lisbon - Gallery House! Our short stay was an absolute delight, thanks to a combination of exceptional service, a fantastic location, and a delicious breakfast to fuel days. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like welcome friends. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions or offer recommendations. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were within walking distance of many of Lisbon Old Town's must-see sights, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Whether it was popping into charming cafes or soaking up the history, everything felt conveniently close. Despite having an early departure, the hotel went above and beyond by providing us with a packed breakfast. Dear Lisbon - Gallery House exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of friendly staff, a perfect location, and a thoughtful packed breakfast makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Lisbon. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our fellow travelers!

Excellent but simple hotel in a great position with absolutely lovely staff who go to great lengths to make it a comfortable and happy stay. The breakfast was very good and the staff had a lovely cake for my wife’s birthday while we were there. I’d definitely stay again.

This is a very warm and welcoming hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly. The hotel is in a fun area with lots of interesting restaurants and cute shops. My only complaint is that at the current time there is no elevator and I had to carry my big suitcase down several long, steep stairs beiI had an early checkout. I understand there will be an elevator soon to alleviate this issue.

The staff at Dear Lisbon are wonderful! Upon arriving you receive a welcome drink and are made very comfortable while you are checked in. Upon going to your room you will find a hand written welcome note, wine and fruit for you to enjoy. The staff will go out of their way to help you with your questions about areas to see and how to use the bus/tram system. The #28 tram is right outside the door and this takes you to the areas of many attractions. It returns at the top of the street so easy access to and from Dear Lisbon. The breakfast was wonderful and provided all that you need and more to start your day. The hotel is immaculate and comfortable. If you need to do some computer work while you are there they have a gallery area for you to set up and work. Upon leaving you will again be gifted with some chocolates and a wonderful hand written note. I have never seen this type of service anywhere that we have travelled. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the rooms. The first floor rooms are on the second floor (20 stairs per floor). We were on the top floor so it was 60 stairs to climb to get to our room. I must say that after 4 days of being there I was doing better with the stairs and getting a bit of a workout in. They will be installing an elevator down the road but as you know there is a great expense involved in putting in an elevator and it will only go to the 3rd level not the 4th. Despite the stairs I would love to stay here again and I am a senior.
