We liked the breakfast that was delivered each morning. The apartment was spacious and centrally located. We were running out of bathroom tissue on the last day, otherwise a very good stay.

This is a zero hotel which we quite appreciated. It contained everything needed for our 3 night stay. The location was absolutely amazing. Bed was quite comfortable. The staff was extremely responsive to any questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, trendy, and right next to Pink Street!

My husband and I had a great stay here! The check-in process is not like a usual hotel but there was someone on site to show us to our room and give us all the necessary information. The room was very clean, decorated nicely, and right downtown next to all the action.

Wow room

A wow experience! First time I ever got a room with a private basement and a billiard table. Checkin was troublesome - online checkin and needed to get in contact with the hotel to arrange arrival time (no reception). Hotel requests a creditcard approval on top of the hotels.com approval, which caused some troubles at checkin.

Super option for anyone looking for a hip and chic stay close to all the conveniences and with attentive staff. If you want to be assured quiet though perhaps look at something in another neighborhood. This hotel is right in the middle of a nightlife area and be loud in high season.

Prime location, beautiful hotel

Everything was amazing, would definitely come back. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city and catching the ferry. The room was spacious and clean, close to restaurants and bars.

Lovely central location

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at Cais Urban Lodge. Brilliant location and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and all the amazing things to see in Lisbon. Staff were incredibly friendly and communication was frequent and easy via WhatsApp. Our only complaint would be that the fridge in the room was a little noisy when we wanted to sleep but other than that a lovely place to stay!
