the property was clean and decorated nice. The only sort of complaint was that our room was a corner unit and we could hear the subway pretty well, and outside was a tiny bit noisy. To be expected staying in the city though! The room and bed were very very cozy... the location in relation to walking distance was awesome. We would probably stay again but I may just choose a different type of room :)

I stayed with three friends at this Cais urban lodge. It’s an adorable studio flat on the top floor of the building complete with a kitchen, large dining table, and small roof top balcony that looks over the city and pink street. It’s in a great central location and o would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in good location near many attractions and in a walking distance from the train station. The room is very small but the bathroom is specious check in was very complicated. We arrived at 19:15 but there was no one to do the check in. We needed to use an app to let us in. When returning after dinner we could not enter from the ground floor and forced to climb the street to the other entrance. The fact that there was any staff present to assist was disturbing . All communication was in whats app and as much as they where kind the overall feeling was that we need to manage everything by ourselves. This is not what we expect when staying in a hotel

Located in the heart of everything. Very near to the commerce square. Rossio square, ferry to Cristo Rei, train to Cascais etc. There is no front desk. Checkin/Checkout is contactless, but directions were clear. We had to contact the property only once during our stay and they responded promptly. An international phone plan with data is required to receive digital key.

It was a lovely place to stay. Convenient to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc. Extremely quiet at night even though near lots of night life (Pink Street).

The layout for the room is interesting, but more addequate for young people. I believe the reservation said "breakfast included" ut it was no breakfast in the hotel.
