Very polite staff willing to do that little bit extra.clean spacious communal kitchen so you could use microwave plates etc. Only complaint was that I did not like the owners dog joining me at the table for the delicious breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location. away from the disruption of the city. Convenient underground secure parking, friendly staff and fantastic views.
The breakfast selection was great, with lots of variety and all well cooked. i would recommend this to any that wish to stay in a convenient location in a lovely area.

Amazing property with amazing staff. Can’t recommend enough. 8 mins walk into camps bay; yes it’s a hill but think of it as your steps for the day plus you get the views of the bay as you drop down. Breakfast really fab plus pool area lovely. 5 stars to all the staff there

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

We arrived early, hours before check-in, but the hotel were expecting us and made us feel very welcome, offering us a space to freshen up in before we ventured out to make the most of our one full day in Cape Town. Owner Michel was very friendly and helpful; he organised an airport transfer for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance for dinner (Silk) and also which beach to visit (Clifton Fourth) the next morning before our afternoon flight to Port Elizabeth. Our room...

This was an amazing place to stay during our time on Cape Town. The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. They genuinely care about their guests and will do whatever they can to help, including assisting in itineraries and bookings. From the security who helps you in the evening, to the guys that cook and serve you breakfast, to the gardener, to the guys that clean the room and front of house who...

Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! The reception area itself was stunning, great views over the beach and a relaxing bar to watch the sunsets. Everywhere was spotless, very modern and comfortable. Our room (202) was great, with views of the mountains from one side of the balcony and the beach on the other. I could have sat on the balcony all day to be honest (the room came with a fridge stocked with beer and...

Beautiful hotel in every way. The staff are the best I've ever known. Nothing is too much trouble and they all have a very friendly manner. The Concierge staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. The Hotel is perfect for ease of trips around the Cape and is only 5 mins walk from the V & A Waterfront. If I had to think of one thing that I was disappointed in, it was that the pool was very small. No good for swimming, more of a plunge pool but still very relaxing. Food was wonderful. Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.
