"It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in"
"The room was tidy and cleaned daily but I had to chase for the code to get in and was never given the code for the kitchen even after requested. The info on booking stated breakfast and a welcome drink would be provided which it was not."
"The staff here are great-so friendly and helpful right from parking the car to leaving. The room was outdated but clean and the bed was comfy. Absolutely wouldnt hesitate to stay here again"
"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise! That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

Rosemay Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and tidy place breakfast was good as well. Would recommend."
"A lovely historic hotel in an excellent location. We were given the ‘Charles I bedroom’, with a lovely four poster bed. Apparently he stopped at the Red Lion for a drink during the Civil War. Live music in the beer garden at the front on Friday evening. Good food and pleasant staff."
"Really cosy old pub. Nice views and lovely little village with three pubs and an Italian. If you like old school English pub stays with wooden beams this is a lovely place. Bed was comfy, shower was good and breakfast was simple but enough for a continental. A great place if you want to stay just outside of London instead of an expensive inner city hotel."
"Great hotel very clean, comfortable beds great breakfast and location.
We were visiting Harry Potter world and Wimbledon was a 10 minute walk to rail station and the trains to London were many and often . "
"Beautifully maintained hotel with great on-site dining option. Right in the heart of Gerrrads Cross, with access to shopping and grocery options. Walkable and close to the train station."
"I was here for nearly three weeks during my home search, and whilst I was worried about the lack of microwave in the room (and lack of laundry facilities), the hotel was really lovely. Breakfast was delicious (if a bit spendy), and the staff were truly professional and caring.
Room was generally quiet, and being apart from the main building meant less impact from the inevitably rowdy and loud events (weddings, parties, birthdays, etc) happening in the event spaces.
Sometimes the events felt like the priority over the guests staying long term, but overall it was a great stay. And the grounds are genuinely brilliant. "
