Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car. All staff I met were friendly. Really can’t praise it enough!

Great location, super pool area - balcony room was very spacious and well equipped.

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Decent room but very little else

Staff were really helpful and I was able to drop off my bags as I had arrived early for check in. Rooms were very comfortable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, room was airy clean and bright, breakfast choice was very good, I will stay at this hotel again when I am working in the area the location was great, I do recommend :-)

We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat...

Room was huge with sitting area and kitchen facilities, the only downside was there were no usb points, we used the tv to charge, I wrongly assumed that in this day & age they would automatically have them

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep
